Role Description The Finance Manager will oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and reporting activities of NexGen Automation Systems Pvt Ltd, ensuring accurate and timely financial information for decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing accounts, monitoring cash flow, preparing financial statements, supervising taxation and compliance, and coordinating with internal and external auditors.

The role involves supporting cost control initiatives, analyzing financial performance, and partnering with leadership to optimize resource allocation and investment decisions.

The Finance

Manager will also implement and improve financial processes, systems,



and controls aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Candidates should possess skills in financial reporting, analysis, and preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Candidates should possess skills in accounting principles, general ledger management, and month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in taxation, statutory compliance, and familiarity with relevant financial regulations.
- Candidates should possess skills in internal controls, audit coordination, and risk management.
- Candidates should possess skills in using finance and ERP software, advanced Excel, and data analysis tools.
- Candidates should possess effective communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership abilities.
- Professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Prior experience as a Finance Manager or in a senior finance role, ideally within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial automation sectors, is beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in the Pune Division and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
