About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and technology-driven Finance Manager to manage the organization's day-to-day finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will ensure financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, timely reporting, and support strategic business decisions through financial analysis. The role requires someone who is comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, automate routine tasks, and improve financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closures with complete accuracy.
- Handle statutory compliances, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities during audits and statutory filings.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization to ensure efficient financial management.
- Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis to support business planning and decision-making.
- Process payroll inputs and coordinate salary disbursements with the HR team.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and oversee depreciation accounting.
- Ensure timely processing of vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and customer invoicing.




- Develop, implement, and strengthen internal financial controls and accounting processes.
- Identify opportunities to automate finance workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Generate MIS reports and provide financial insights to founders and leadership for strategic decision-making.
- Utilize AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms for financial reporting, data analysis, documentation, process optimization, and productivity enhancement while ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
- CA Inter, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, financial reporting, and data analysis.




- Comfortable working with AI-powered productivity tools and eager to adopt emerging technologies to improve finance operations.
