Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Executive / Financial Analyst with an MBA in Finance and 1+ years of relevant experience. The candidate will be responsible for financial analysis, MIS reporting, budgeting support, reconciliations, and providing insights to support business and management decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyze financial reports, MIS, and management dashboards.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and key financial metrics.
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Assist in monthly and quarterly financial closing activities.
- Analyze financial trends and provide actionable insights to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Accounts, Sales, Operations, and HR for financial data and reporting.
- Prepare presentations and reports for management reviews.




- Support audits and provide required financial documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
- Identify process improvements and opportunities to improve financial efficiency.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of financial analysis and accounting fundamentals.
- Good understanding of P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow, and financial ratios.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and basic financial modelling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and maintain accuracy.
- Knowledge of ERP/accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar is an advantage.
- Power BI knowledge would be an added advantage.

Eligibility
- MBA/PGDM in Finance from a recognized institution.
- 1+ years of experience in Finance, Financial Analysis, MIS, FP&A;, Accounts, or related roles.
- Candidates with strong Excel and analytical skills will be preferred.
