Terrapaxx India Marketing LLP is looking for an experienced and hands-on Finance Controller to join our growing team in Thrissur, Kerala.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s day-to-day finance and accounting functions while providing strong financial control, reporting, cash-flow management, and business support to the management team.

-Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping and financial transactions
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, P&L;, balance sheet and cash-flow statements
- Monitor project-wise revenues, costs, profitability and expenses
- Manage accounts payable, receivables, customer collections and vendor payments
- Monitor project advances, employee/project expense claims and settlements
- Prepare and monitor project budgets and cost controls
- Track cash flow and working capital requirements
- Support management with financial analysis and business decision-making
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, income tax and other statutory compliances
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks and other financial institutions
- Establish and maintain appropriate financial controls and approval processes




- Monitor inventory, purchase commitments and outstanding liabilities
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and financial risks
- Support management in budgeting, forecasting and annual financial planning
- Ensure accurate and timely financial records and documentation
