We are looking for a Finance Executive who can take care of daily financial operations and compliance in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

nn Role Overview:

nThe Finance Executive will work on finance tasks, statutory compliance, payroll, taxation, and financial reporting while partnering closely with business teams to improve financial processes and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in a D2C or e-commerce business with a robust understanding of GST, payroll, and accounting controls.

nn Key Responsibilities:

nDay-to-day finance and accounting operations.

nManage month-end and year-end financial closing.

nEnsure accurate bookkeeping in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards.

nOversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

nDrive budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and variance analysis.

nPrepare management reports and financial dashboards for leadership.

nn Taxation & Compliance:

nEnsure timely GST computation, reconciliation, and filing of returns.

nHandle TDS calculations, deductions, return filing, and compliance.

nCoordinate statutory audits, internal audits, and tax assessments.

nEnsure compliance with Companies Act and other regulatory requirements.

nLiaise with auditors, consultants, and government authorities.

nn Payroll:

nManage end-to-end payroll processing.

nEnsure statutory compliance relating to PF, ESI,



Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and TDS on salaries.

nCoordinate with HR for payroll inputs and employee reimbursements.

nHandle payroll audits and reconciliations.

nn D2C Finance:

nReconcile payment gateways, wallets, and marketplace settlements.

nMonitor COD collections, refunds, cancellations, returns, and reverse logistics accounting.

nTrack customer acquisition costs, contribution margins, and unit economics.

nWork closely with Operations and Supply Chain for inventory accounting and reconciliations.

nEnsure accurate revenue recognition and sales reconciliations.

nn Required Qualifications:

nB.Com/M.Com with strong accounting experience.

n1-3 years of relevant finance experience.

nPrior experience in a CA office, D2C, e-commerce, retail, healthcare, or consumer internet company is mandatory.

nStrong knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

nHands-on experience with ERP systems such as Tally, Zoho Books, Oracle NetSuite, SAP Business One, or similar.

nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.

nExperience managing audits and interacting with external consultants.

nStrong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
