Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Finance Associate.

The Finance

Associate will assist with the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards and internal policies. Daily responsibilities include tracking revenues and expenses, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and maintaining organized financial records. The role also involves preparing periodic financial reporting packages, collaborating with other teams to provide financial insights,



and contributing to process improvements in financial operations.

The Finance

Associate will communicate financial information clearly to stakeholders and support decision-making with data-driven analysis.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Finance knowledge and the ability to work with Financial Statements.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and support business decisions.
- Candidates should possess experience in Financial Reporting, including preparing and reviewing regular financial reports.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting financial insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and financial tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets; experience with accounting or ERP software is an advantage).
- Strong attention to detail, integrity in handling financial information, and the ability to meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Prior experience in a finance, accounting, or audit role is preferred; familiarity with online platforms or startups is a plus.
