Burgrill is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Finance Associate to join our Finance & Accounts team in Delhi .
? Position: Finance Associate
? Department: Finance & Accounts
? Location: Delhi
? Employment Type: Full-Time, On site
? Experience: 0–2 Years
? What You’ll Be Handling:
- Daily accounting entries, invoices, expenses & payments
- Vendor ledger management & account reconciliation
- Outlet cash, online payment & expense reconciliation
- Outlet expense reconciliation with Tally
- Daily, weekly & monthly Finance MIS reporting
- Franchisee coordination for royalties, supply payments & financial queries
- Monthly royalty calculation & invoice coordination
- AR/AP, debtor & purchase reconciliation
- Cash flow tracking and financial data management
- Coordination with Supply Chain, Operations, consultants & auditors
? What We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong understanding of accounting principles & bookkeeping
✅ Good knowledge of MS Excel & Microsoft Office
✅ Knowledge of Tally/ERP will be an advantage
✅ Strong analytical & reconciliation skills
✅ Attention to detail and accuracy
✅ Good communication & coordination skills
? Eligibility:
- B.Com / M.Com / Finance / Accounting or related qualification
• 0–2 years of experience in Finance/Accounts
- Freshers with strong accounting knowledge are welcome to apply!
• Experience in QSR, F&B;, Retail, FMCG or Hospitality will be an added advantage
