Key Job Responsibilities
- Own weekly, monthly and quarterly business performance by delivering deep financial insights across revenue, margins, cost drivers, and customer behaviour.
- Build and drive scalable financial models to support new initiatives, city launches, selection expansion, cost programs and long-term planning.
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Category, Supply Chain and Tech to influence decisions with data-backed recommendations.
- Lead P&L; management for core NOW programs-identify variances, diagnose root causes, and drive corrective actions with stakeholders.
- Support pricing, promotions and selection strategy through detailed analysis of elasticity, contribution margins and competitive benchmarking.
- Co-own automation and system improvements to streamline reporting, create self-serve dashboards, and enhance financial accuracy and speed.
- Drive controllership excellence by ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and good governance across financial processes.
- Prepare business narratives and leadership reviews with crisp storytelling, clear drivers, and actionable insights.
- Evaluate investment cases and perform scenario planning to support leadership decision-making for a rapidly evolving business.
Basic Qualifications
- 1 years of finance experience
- 2 years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience
- 2 years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- Knowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA skills
- Experience using data to influence business decisions
- Experience in corporate finance including budgeting/planning, forecasting and reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- Experience in TM1, Data Warehouse and SQL
