Role Description The Field Services Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The engineer will perform installation, configuration, and commissioning of network products at customer locations, ensuring systems are set up according to specifications.

Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing on-site technical support, and executing preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. The role involves documenting service activities, coordinating with internal teams for escalations, and maintaining clear communication with customers regarding service status and resolutions. The engineer will also assist in training end users,



adhering to safety and quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement of field service processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Field Service skills, including on-site installation, commissioning, and hands-on support of network products.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to identify, analyze, and resolve hardware and network-related issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess Preventive Maintenance capabilities to plan and perform regular checks, updates, and repairs that ensure system reliability.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related engineering field.
- Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching) and familiarity with network hardware.
- Ability to work independently in the field, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate service documentation.
