Qualification: ITI / Diploma/Degree – Electrical/mechanical

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Electrical Maintenance / Service Engineering

Job Summary

We are looking for a Service Engineer to provide installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support for packaging machines at customer locations. The candidate should have strong electrical troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with industrial machinery and control systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission, test, and service packaging machines at customer sites.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of packaging machines and electrical equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in machines, control panels, motors, sensors, and control systems.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to motors, contactors, relays, MCBs, sensors, VFDs, PLC panels, and control circuits.
- Conduct machine inspection and identify potential electrical and operational issues.
- Attend customer complaints and provide timely technical support.
- Carry out machine wiring, electrical testing, calibration, and commissioning activities.




- Coordinate with customers and internal technical teams to resolve service-related issues.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and breakdown reports.
- Provide basic technical guidance to customers/operators regarding machine operation and maintenance.
- Ensure minimum machine downtime through quick and effective fault diagnosis.
- Travel to customer locations as required for installation and service support.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and control panels.
- Hands-on experience with PLC, VFD, sensors, motors, relays, contactors, and control circuits.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of electrical wiring, testing, and commissioning.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations.
- Ability to work independently and under time-sensitive conditions.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
