Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Team Lead – Distribution Sales Representative to lead and manage the distribution sales team across South India. The ideal candidate should have experience in distribution/field sales, team handling, distributor management, and sales target achievement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage the distribution sales team across South India.
- Manage distributors and channel partners to drive sales growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and business partners.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and drive business growth.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Plan and execute distribution and field sales strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen market presence.




- Conduct regular market visits and coordinate with distributors.
- Prepare sales reports and provide updates to management.
- Willingness to travel across South India as required.

Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of team-handling experience in distribution or field sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience in distributor management and sales operations.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Good market knowledge and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel across South India.
- Ability to lead a team and work independently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
