About the Role

Maa Laxmi Timber Craft is looking for an experienced Field Sales Representative to help expand our B2B customer network and generate new business opportunities.

The role involves visiting potential business customers such as architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, developers, furniture businesses, dealers, and other businesses that may require doors and related products.

The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in field sales or B2B sales, be confident in approaching new businesses, communicating with decision-makers, presenting products effectively, and converting leads into actual sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and visit potential B2B customers and business buyers in the local market and surrounding areas.
- Visit architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, developers, dealers, and other potential customers.
- Introduce and pitch Maa Laxmi Timber Craft's products and business offerings.
- Generate current leads through regular field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and other business clients.
- Follow up regularly with potential customers and convert qualified leads into sales.
- Coordinate with the office and management regarding quotations, pricing, product availability, and customer requirements.
- Maintain records of leads, customer visits, follow-ups, and sales.
- Track leads from the initial meeting through conversion.
- Develop a strong network of business contacts and identify new sales opportunities.




- Meet assigned sales and lead-conversion targets.

Commission & Incentives In addition to the fixed monthly salary of ₹15,000–₹20,000, the candidate will receive commission on successfully converted leads/sales. The better you perform and the more business you generate, the more you can earn.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, or business development.
- Experience in building materials, doors, furniture, construction, interior design, or related industries will be highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable approaching new businesses and meeting potential clients.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to explain and pitch products effectively.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and maintaining customer/lead records.
