Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Officer role based in All over M.P.

The Field Sales

Officer will be responsible for visiting prospective and existing customers, presenting products and services, and driving sales to achieve assigned targets. The role includes building and maintaining solid client relationships, following up on leads, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Officer will also gather market feedback, report field insights to the management team, and support promotional activities and local marketing initiatives.



Regular travel within the assigned territory and accurate documentation of sales activities are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Candidates should possess Client Relations and Business Relationship Management skills to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to present offerings clearly and professionally.
- Relevant experience in field sales, FMCG, retail, or related industries is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets.
- Basic proficiency in using mobile apps or CRM tools for reporting and data entry.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
