What You'll Do

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries (chemical, textile, pharma, automotive, food processing, hospitality)

- Understand client water, air, and oil treatment needs and recommend the right CFAU product — from STP/ETP/RO plants to scrubbers, filtration systems, and treatment chemicals

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with plant managers, procurement heads, and technical decision-makers

- Represent CFAU at client sites, industry events, and trade exhibitions

- Coordinate with the internal team on order fulfillment, installation timelines, and after-sales support

- Track and report on pipeline, conversions, and territory performance

- Travel regularly within the assigned region for client visits and site assessments

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 5 years of field sales experience, ideally in industrial equipment, water treatment,



environmental systems, or related B2B capital goods

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (required) — this technical grounding is essential for understanding client applications and product specifications

- MBA is a plus but not mandatory

- Strong communication and negotiation skills, comfortable engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a full territory

- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits

- Valid driver's license.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
