Job Role

- Field Sales Executive – Gold Loans

- Source new customers for gold loan products through direct market outreach.

- Conduct daily local marketing activities, cold calling, and BTL campaigns to generate new leads.

- Follow up on assigned digital and branch leads and convert them into loan applications.

- Meet prospective customers in person and explain gold loan schemes, interest rates, and renewal terms.

- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers.

- Coordinate with the branch team to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.

- Collect and verify required KYC documents from customers.

- Assist customers throughout the loan application and onboarding process.

- Maintain daily sales reports (DSR) and update lead and application status.





- Achieve assigned sales and customer acquisition targets.

Job Requirements

- Education: Bachelor's Degree

- Experience: 0–0.6 years of field sales experience

- Experience in banks, NBFCs, or financial services is preferred.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving license are strictly required.

- Strong local communication and customer-handling skills.

- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

- Willingness to travel daily for field sales activities.

Salary & Benefits

- Base Salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000 per month
