About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for meeting potential customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads, conducting follow-ups, and converting prospects into customers.

This prospect is open to freshers as well as candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in building a career in field sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit potential customers and businesses to generate sales opportunities.
- Identify and develop new leads within the assigned territory.
- Explain company products/services clearly to prospective customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations or coordinate with the relevant team when required.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, or in-person meetings.
- Maintain regular updates of leads, meetings, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, demos, onboarding, and other requirements.
- Provide regular sales reports to the reporting manager.

- Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in sales, field sales, business development, or a related role are preferred.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with travelling within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, email, and MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Should be self-motivated and willing to work towards sales targets.
