Job Role

- Field Sales Executive

- Onboard and manage retailers efficiently within the assigned area.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with retailers.

- Collect customer feedback and coordinate with relevant teams to improve customer experience.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential retailers in the assigned territory.

- Explain company products/services and complete the retailer onboarding process.

- Maintain regular communication and relationships with existing retailers.

- Visit retailers regularly to understand their requirements and resolve concerns.

- Collect feedback from retailers and customers and share it with the concerned teams.

- Identify opportunities to increase sales and retailer engagement.

- Maintain proper records of retailer visits, onboarding, and sales activities.

- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
