Job Title: Field Sales Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering along with 1 to 5 years of hands-on field experience in Relays, Control & Relay Panels, Switchgear, Automation Products (SCADA), Substation Automation Systems, and Metering Products. The role requires a strong technical foundation in electrical products combined with the ability to build relationships with LV/MV Switchboard Manufacturers, OEMs, Panel Builders and other key customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and actively pursue recent business opportunities in the electrical industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with LV/MV Switchboard Manufacturers, OEMs, Panel Builders and other customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits, site visits and meetings to understand requirements and generate business.
- Promote and sell the company's range of electrical products and solutions, including Relays, Control & Relay Panels, Switchgear, SCADA, Substation Automation Systems and Metering Products.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers and close sales deals effectively.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the management.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
- Handle customer queries, complaints and objections professionally.
- Follow up on leads,



quotations, orders and payment-related matters.
- Work on various projects and assignments as allocated by the company.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales-related information using Google Documents and other digital tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and achieve better business results.
- Track market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities. Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Required Technical Knowledge

- The candidate should have a good working understanding of:
- Relays and Control & Relay Panels (CRP) and their components
- Switchgear (LV/MV) and associated electrical products
- Automation Products, including Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA)
- Substation Automation Systems
- Metering Products
- Single Line Diagrams (SLD)
- Numerical & Auxiliary Relays
- Fundamentals of Power Systems and Network Automation
- Electrical protection and automation concepts

Education & Experience

- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory).
- 1 to 5 years of relevant field sales / field services experience in Relays, Control Relay Panels, Switchgear, Automation Products (SCADA), Substation Automation Systems or Metering Products.
