Job Summary
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to generate new business, meet potential customers, and promote interior products and services. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales leads through field visits and market research.
- Visit customers, interior designers, architects, contractors, and builders.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable interior solutions.
- Present products, designs, pricing, and services to potential customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams for smooth execution.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing with customers when required.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Maintain daily visit reports, sales records, and customer databases.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; Sales/Marketing qualification preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in interiors, furniture, building materials, or home décor.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with field work.
- Valuable knowledge of the local market.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
