Job Role

Seller Business Development Associate (BDA)

- Acquire and onboard property owners onto the NoBroker platform.

- Contact sellers through outbound calls and lead follow-ups.

- Explain NoBroker products and premium subscription plans.

- Verify property details and maintain accurate listings.

- Drive premium sales and achieve monthly conversion targets.

- Build strong relationships with property owners and provide support.

- Maintain CRM records and coordinate with internal teams for onboarding.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Excellent communication and sales skills.

- Experience in Sales, Banking, Field Sales, or Automobile is an added advantage.

- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

- Location: Chrompet, Varthur, Hosa Road, HBR Layout, Horamavu.

- Employment Type: Full time.

- Working Days: 6 days/week.

- Weekly Off: Tuesday.

- Interview Mode: Virtual.
