Sales Executive

- Generate new business opportunities through field sales activities.

- Identify and approach potential B2B and B2C customers.

- Promote and sell company products/services to prospective customers.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.

- Achieve assigned sales targets.

- Maintain regular records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

- Conduct field visits to identify new customers and business opportunities.

- Handle both B2B and B2C sales activities.

- Generate leads through direct visits, networking, and other sales channels.

- Present products/services and explain their features and benefits.

- Follow up with prospective customers and close sales.





- Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management

- Build and maintain positive relationships with current and existing customers.

- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

- Handle customer queries and provide timely assistance.

- Encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

- Education: 12th Pass

- Experience: Any experience

- Age: 20–38 years

- Gender: Male

- English: Basic English

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Willingness to work in a field sales environment.
