CIEL HR Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Recruiter (FR) to manage field recruitment activities across multiple locations. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, screening, and onboarding candidates through field visits, referrals, local networks, and other recruitment channels.

Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing

Source candidates through field visits, referrals, local networks, and other recruitment channels.

Conduct regular field visits to identify, approach, and engage potential candidates.

Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and upcoming hiring requirements.

Support bulk hiring and high-volume recruitment activities.

Recruitment & Onboarding Manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing through onboarding.

Conduct initial candidate engagement and screening based on job requirements.

Explain job roles, salary, incentives, working conditions, and other relevant details to candidates.

Coordinate candidate interviews and joining formalities.

Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining.

Target Achievement Achieve assigned daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Maintain consistent sourcing and candidate engagement activities.

Track recruitment progress and take necessary action to meet hiring targets.





Documentation & Coordination Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and joining-status reports.

Coordinate with internal HR and operations teams regarding manpower requirements.

Provide regular updates on candidate sourcing, selection, and joining status.

Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Job Requirements Mandatory Requirements

Bike is mandatory.

Valid Driving License (DL) is mandatory.

Willingness to travel and work extensively in the field.
