Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate ground ops and drone flight ops.

- Manage drone equipment inventory and perform local procurement.

- Conduct local awareness and sensitization activities.

- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for drone operations and maintenance.

- Visit and assess new sites for operational feasibility.

- Ensure compliance with DGCA guidelines.

- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of drones.

- Assist drone pilots with assembly, disassembly, CG balancing, and Ground Control Station (GCS) connections.

- Participate in flight test activities.

- Handle necessary approvals, and notifications, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

- Polytechnic/ITI/Diploma/Bachelor’s/Intermediate degree in a relevant field.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.





- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.

- Punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail.

- Valid driving license for 2 and 4-wheeler vehicles.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and quick to learn.

- Positive attitude and adaptability in challenging environments.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Ownership of a two-wheeler is essential.
