ABOUT THE ROLE

HGPI is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Field Marketing Executives to generate enquiries and convert prospective students into confirmed admissions through active field outreach across Himachal Pradesh.

This role requires regular travel, direct interaction with students and parents, and consistent follow-up throughout the admission process. The primary responsibility is to visit assigned locations, identify prospective students, counsel them about suitable programmes, and achieve admission targets.

Candidates from Haryana or Himachal Pradesh will be preferred, particularly those familiar with Himachal Pradesh’s geography, terrain, travel routes, local communities, and educational institutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct regular field visits across assigned areas of Himachal Pradesh to generate and convert admission enquiries.
- Visit schools, coaching centres, tuition centres, and other relevant locations to connect with prospective students.
- Meet students and parents to explain HGPI’s programmes, eligibility requirements, fee structure, scholarships, and campus facilities accurately.
- Take ownership of the admission process from initial enquiry and counselling to campus visits, application completion, and confirmed enrolment.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students and parents through calls, meetings, and field visits.
- Build and maintain relationships with school principals, teachers,



career counsellors, and local educational networks.
- Organise and participate in career guidance sessions, school presentations, education fairs, and admission campaigns.
- Plan territory coverage and travel schedules to maximise productive visits and admission opportunities.
- Work towards assigned weekly and monthly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate enquiry records and follow-up updates in the institution’s CRM/ERP system.
- Submit daily reports on field visits, student interactions, enquiries generated, follow-ups, and admissions converted.
- Coordinate with the campus admissions team to ensure a smooth applicant experience.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience in field marketing, field sales, education marketing, admissions, or business development will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills, local knowledge, and a willingness to work in the field may also apply.
- Candidates from Haryana or Himachal Pradesh are preferred.
- Familiarity with Himachal Pradesh’s geography, road connectivity, towns, and local school networks will be a significant advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory in Himachal Pradesh.




- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to maintain digital records and reports.

- Proficiency in Hindi; familiarity with regional languages or dialects will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems is desirable.
