- Visit doctors regularly to explain Medcross and TB Clinic services.

- Generate patient referrals through partnered doctors.

- Follow up with doctors regarding referred patients.

- Identify and onboard recent doctors for collaboration and referrals.

- Maintain regular communication with doctors to strengthen long-term relationships.

- Maintain daily records and reports of doctor visits and patient referrals.

- Manage the assigned territory effectively and identify opportunities to increase patient referrals.

- Support the organization in expanding its network of doctors and healthcare partners.

Doctor Relationship Management

- Manage and develop the assigned territory.

- Explore new opportunities to expand the doctor network.

Patient Referrals

- Generate patient referrals from partnered doctors.

- Follow up with doctors regarding referred patients.

- Maintain accurate records of referrals and follow-up activities.

- Work towards increasing the number of regular patient referrals.

Reporting

- Maintain daily reports of doctor visits and referrals.

- Track follow-ups and collaboration status with doctors.

- Share regular updates regarding territory activities and referral performance.

Candidate Requirements

- Candidates must have their own two-wheeler.

- Candidates from Delhi are preferred/required.

- Good communication and relationship-building skills.

- Comfortable with regular field visits and doctor meetings.

- Ability to manage an assigned territory independently.

- Candidates should be target-oriented and capable of maintaining regular follow-ups.
