Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Executive – Loan Collection to manage customer visits and recover overdue loan/EMI payments within the assigned area. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining regular customer follow-ups, achieving collection targets, updating collection records, and maintaining professional relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers at their registered/residential/business addresses for loan EMI and overdue payment collection.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending EMIs and outstanding loan amounts.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Explain outstanding dues, repayment schedules, and available payment options to customers.
- Maintain professional communication and negotiate suitable repayment solutions where applicable.
- Update customer visit details, payment status, remarks, and recovery information in the company system/app.
- Submit daily collection and field-visit reports to the reporting manager.
- Maintain proper records of all payments and collection activities.
- Coordinate with the internal collection/operations team regarding customer issues and disputed accounts.
- Identify and report changes in customer address, contact details, or other relevant information.




- Ensure all collection activities are carried out professionally and in accordance with company policies and applicable guidelines.
- Deposit/submit collected payments within the prescribed timeline and follow company procedures.

Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- Fresher candidates with positive communication skills can apply.
- Experience in loan collection, field collection, banking, NBFC, microfinance, or recovery will be an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with field work and local travel.
- Basic smartphone knowledge and ability to use mobile apps/WhatsApp.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
