Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Field Executive to support our banking/loan operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fieldwork, customer interaction, and documentation related to loan processing.
Key Responsibilities
Visit customers to collect and verify required documents for loan processing.
Conduct field verification as per company guidelines
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers for pending amount.
Ensure timely submission of documents to the internal team .
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers .
Also possesses basic knowledge of the recovery process and recovery operations.
Requirements
Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Field Executive in banking, loan, or financial services
Prior experience in the NBFC sector will be an added advantage
Must own a two-wheeler/vehicle for field visits
Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and local language
Basic understanding of loan processes and documentation.
Familiar with local areas and routes
