Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities, maintain customer relationships, generate leads, and achieve sales targets through field visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit existing and potential customers regularly to generate business.
- Identify new customers and develop new sales opportunities.
- Generate leads through field visits, references, and market research.
- Explain products/services to customers and understand their requirements.
- Prepare and share quotations as required.
- Follow up with customers for quotations, orders, and payments.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the internal sales/back-office team for order processing and delivery.
- Maintain daily field visit reports, customer data, and sales records.
- Provide regular updates to the reporting manager regarding sales activities and targets.

Skills & Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Valuable knowledge of the local market.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
