We are looking for a responsible and target-oriented Debt Collections / Recovery Executive to handle loan recovery and customer payment follow-ups. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers at their residences, following up on overdue payments, maintaining professional customer relationships, and achieving assigned recovery targets.

Key Responsibilities Visit customers directly at their homes for collection and recovery of overdue payments.

Follow up regularly with customers regarding pending loan repayments.

Maintain healthy and professional relationships with customers throughout the recovery process.

Keep track of assigned customers and monitor payment commitments.

Educate customers about the consequences of not repaying their loans on time.

Communicate repayment requirements clearly and encourage customers to make timely payments.

Work towards achieving assigned collection and recovery targets.

Maintain proper records of customer visits, follow-ups, commitments, and payments.

Adapt to the organization's processes, structures, and collection procedures.





Coordinate with the relevant internal team regarding collection status and difficult cases.

Ensure that recovery activities are carried out professionally and according to company procedures.
