We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Debt Collections / Recovery Executive to handle customer follow-ups and recovery activities for various loan products, including Business Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Personal Loans, and Two-Wheeler Loans. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, managing recovery cases, maintaining proper records, and achieving assigned collection targets while following professional collection practices.

Key Responsibilities Contact customers regarding pending loan payments and outstanding dues.

Follow up with customers through calls and field visits as required.

Handle recovery activities for Business Loans, LAP, Personal Loans, and Two-Wheeler Loans.

Understand customer situations and communicate payment requirements professionally.

Encourage customers to make timely payments and resolve outstanding dues.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and recovery status.

Conduct field visits for customer follow-ups and collection activities when required.

Coordinate with the relevant banking, NBFC, or internal recovery teams.

Follow established collection procedures and maintain professional customer relationships.





Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets.

Provide regular updates and reports regarding collection performance and pending cases.

Good customer communication and negotiation skills.

Fluency in Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi.
