We are urgently hiring Collection Executives in Bangalore. The selected candidates will be responsible for debt recovery and collection activities, customer follow-ups, and achieving collection targets across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities Conduct collection and debt recovery activities for assigned customers.

Visit customers at their registered or assigned locations for payment follow-up.

Follow up with customers regarding overdue and pending payments.

Communicate professionally with customers and understand their payment concerns.

Encourage customers to explicit outstanding dues within the required timelines.

Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

Coordinate with the internal collection and operations team when required.

Follow company policies and applicable collection procedures.

Provide regular updates regarding collection performance and field activities.
