? Location: Pune

? Experience: 3–7 Years

? Industry: Battery Energy Storage System (BESS)

? Key Responsibilities

- Perform FEA/structural analysis for BESS products and enclosures.
- Conduct static, thermal, vibration and structural analysis as required.
- Develop simulation models and interpret analysis results.
- Support product design optimization based on simulation findings.
- Collaborate with Mechanical Design, R&D; and Testing teams.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for analysis results.
- Support prototype validation and correlate simulation results with physical testing.

?️ Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of FEA & Structural Analysis
- Hands-on experience with ANSYS / HyperWorks / Abaqus or similar tools




- Good understanding of Mechanical Design, Materials & Engineering Mechanics
- Knowledge of meshing, boundary conditions and result interpretation
- Experience with sheet metal/enclosure structures is an advantage
- BESS, battery pack or energy-storage product experience will be preferred.
