Eligibility Criteria

- B.Com / BCA / Any Graduate
- Hardware & Networking certification/diploma will be preferred
- Relevant experience in hardware/networking or field support is required
- Basic technical and networking knowledge
- Willingness to travel for field visits and customer support

Key Skills

- Installation & troubleshooting of wired/wireless routers and antennas
- FTTH / Fiber Optic experience required
- Knowledge of fiber splicing & network deployment
- Basic networking & connectivity knowledge
- Hardware and technical troubleshooting
- Customer handling & communication skills
- Field support and coordination
- Ability to identify and resolve in office technical issues

Key Responsibilities

- Install,



configure & troubleshoot routers, antennas and networking equipment
- Fiber network deployment, field operations, testing, troubleshooting, and project coordination
- Visit customer locations for installation, maintenance and technical support
- Diagnose and resolve networking and connectivity issues
- Understand customer concerns and provide on-site technical support
- Perform routine equipment checks
- Maintain records of field visits, installations and service activities
- Coordinate with the internal technical team for complex issues
- Ensure timely completion of assigned service requests
