- Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations across the hotel and restaurant.
- Ensure excellent guest service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor restaurant, banquet, and dining area service standards.
- Allocate duties and supervise F&B; staff and service personnel.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth food and beverage service.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene, and service standards.
- Handle guest complaints, feedback, and service-related issues professionally.
- Maintain proper stock, inventory, and wastage control.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Prepare daily reports and support the F&B; Manager in achieving sales and revenue targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
