? Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra An upscale boutique hotel in Mumbai is seeking a energetic and experienced F&B; Manager to lead its food & beverage operations. This is an exciting opportunity to drive service excellence and revenue growth in a premium hospitality environment.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily F&B; operations across restaurant, bar, and banquets

- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize F&B; revenue

- Lead, train, and motivate service and culinary teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences

- Collaborate with chefs on menu planning, promotions, and special events

- Manage budgets, cost control, and vendor relationships

? Qualifications & Experience:

- 8–10 years of experience in F&B; management, preferably in boutique/luxury hotels

- Strong background in sales and revenue generation

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred
