Silk Road Coffee Company is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused, and energetic F&B; & Guest Experience Executive to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while supporting smooth day-to-day café operations. You will be an important part of the front-of-house team, ensuring that guests are welcomed warmly, served efficiently, and have a memorable experience at Silk Road.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and create a friendly, engaging, and personalised experience.
- Understand guest preferences and recommend food and beverage offerings appropriately.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure prompt and effective service.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with Silk Road's service and presentation standards.
- Drive sales through effective product recommendations, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Ensure smooth and efficient floor operations during the shift.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and barista team to ensure timely and accurate order execution.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Build positive relationships with guests and encourage repeat visits.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, grooming, and presentation across the café, dining area, and service stations.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining the café floor, service stations, and guest areas.
- Support restocking of food, beverage, and service supplies and maintain adequate stock levels.
- Communicate guest feedback, operational observations, and service issues to the management team.
- Follow company SOPs,



grooming standards, food safety, and hygiene guidelines.
- Support daily opening and closing activities as required.
- Work collaboratively with baristas, kitchen team members, and management to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Contribute to achieving daily and monthly F&B;, sales, service, and guest experience targets.

Desired Skills
- Prior experience in hospitality, cafés, restaurants, food & beverage, customer service, or retail is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for hospitality.
- Valuable understanding of food and beverage service.
- Ability to understand guest needs and make appropriate product recommendations.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.

- Good problem-solving and guest-handling abilities.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 10+2. Graduates will be preferred.
- Candidates with prior experience in cafés, restaurants, hotels, or other hospitality environments will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in hospitality and F&B; are encouraged to apply.
