Job Summary The F&B; Steward is responsible for providing efficient and courteous support to the Food & Beverage team. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, assisting with table setup and service, handling crockery and cutlery, and ensuring that guests receive a clean, comfortable, and pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and clear dining tables, buffet areas, and service stations.
- Assist servers and supervisors during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, floors, service areas, and F&B; equipment.
- Collect, clean, and properly store crockery, cutlery, glassware, and other service items.
- Ensure adequate stock of F&B; supplies at service stations.
- Assist in preparing restaurants, banquet halls, and other service areas before operations.
- Clear used plates, glasses, and cutlery promptly and safely.
- Follow proper hygiene, sanitation, and food-safety standards at all times.
- Handle equipment and operating supplies carefully to minimize breakage and wastage.
- Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and dismantling when required.
- Support the F&B; team during conferences, banquets, parties, and special events.
- Report damaged equipment, shortages, maintenance issues, or guest concerns to the supervisor.
- Follow company policies, grooming standards, health and safety procedures, and service standards.




- Perform any other duties assigned by the F&B; Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th standard or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality or Food & Beverage is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good understanding of basic hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and comfortable working for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude, discipline, punctuality, and willingness to learn.

Working Conditions

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
