Key Responsibilities
- Team Supervision: Brief service staff before shifts, assign station duties, and guide new team members.
- Service Standards: Inspect table settings, station layouts, and cleanliness to meet hotel or restaurant standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Guest Relations: Welcome guests, present menus, take orders accurately, and check in during meals to guarantee satisfaction.
- Complaint Handling: Address and resolve guest complaints or requests swiftly and professionally.
- Kitchen Coordination: Communicate special meal requests, dietary needs, or allergies to the kitchen.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and manage the inventory of cutlery, glassware, china, and service equipment.
- Billing & POS: Record orders and process payments through Point of Sales (POS) systems.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
