Role Description The Faculty VA Gurgaon part time role at PRATHAM Test Prep is a, on-site position based. The faculty member will conduct engaging classroom sessions, focusing on verbal ability and related subjects, using PRATHAM’s structured curriculum and teaching resources. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lesson content, delivering lectures, facilitating practice sessions, and organizing doubt-clearing classes to support individual student progress.
The role involves designing and reviewing assignments, tests, and mock papers,
analyzing student performance, and providing constructive feedback and mentorship. The faculty will also collaborate with academic coordinators and other team members to continuously improve teaching methods and learning outcomes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong subject knowledge in verbal ability, English language, reading comprehension, vocabulary, and critical reasoning relevant to UG entrance exams.
- Candidates should possess teaching and classroom management skills, including lesson planning, learner engagement, and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Candidates should possess assessment and mentoring skills, such as designing tests, evaluating performance, offering feedback, and providing one-on-one academic guidance.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including transparent spoken and written English and the ability to work collaboratively with students and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess basic technological proficiency, including using presentation tools, online learning platforms, and digital test-prep resources.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in English, Education, Management, Law, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in test-prep or competitive exam coaching is an advantage.
