Role Purpose To lead factory operations and ensure productive, disciplined and timely production

, with strong focus on PPC, productivity, quality, manpower and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day factory operations, production, manpower and resources.
- Drive PPC and production planning to meet order and delivery schedules.
- Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks and ensure timely corrective action.
- Ensure effective use of ERP for production planning, job tracking, material consumption and MIS .
- Improve productivity, reduce wastage/rework and optimise machine and manpower utilisation.
- Maintain quality standards across handcrafted and machine-based production.




- Establish shop-floor discipline and continuous improvement practices such as 5S .
- Lead and develop production supervisors, artisans and factory staff.
- Coordinate closely with PPC, Stores, Purchase, Design and Dispatch.

Candidate Profile
- 8–12 years of relevant production/manufacturing experience, including min 4–5 years at a senior level .
- Strong background in handicraft/artisan-driven manufacturing .
- Marble/natural stone handicraft experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of PPC, ERP and production MIS .
- Must be a hands-on factory manager , comfortable working closely with artisans and shop-floor teams.
- Strong leadership, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Must have managed a factory/workforce of significant size and personally handled production planning and shop-floor issues.
- Engineering/technical qualification preferred, but relevant experience will be given greater importance.
