We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Plant Manager to lead the setup and operation of our new Pellet Factory. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise in plant operations, and experience in managing factory setup and production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the complete setup of the pellet factory plant from initiation to commissioning.

- Manage daily operations ensuring smooth and efficient production.

- Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and contractors during installation and setup.

- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

- Manage production schedules, inventory, and staffing requirements.

- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions.

- Maintain communication with management about progress and challenges.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Plant Manager or in a similar role, ideally in pellet manufacturing or related industries.

- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and factory setup.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Valuable communication and organizational skills.

- Relevant engineering or management qualifications preferred.
