Position: Factory Head / GMO

Industry: Textile & Garment Manufacturing

Location: Kasna, Greater Noida

Experience: 15–20+ Years

Key Responsibilities

- Overall responsibility for factory operations, production, quality, efficiency and delivery.
- Plan and monitor production targets, capacity utilization and operational performance.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Production, PPC, Quality, IE, Stores, Maintenance, HR and Merchandising.
- Drive productivity improvement, cost control and optimum utilization of manpower, machines and resources.
- Ensure on-time production and dispatch as per customer/order requirements.
- Monitor quality standards, rejection, rework and customer complaints and take corrective actions.
- Review daily/weekly/monthly factory MIS, production performance and KPIs.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, statutory requirements and audit requirements.
- Develop and manage departmental HODs and build a solid performance-driven team.




- Control factory operating costs, wastage and overheads while maintaining productivity.
- Drive implementation of 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing and process improvement initiatives.
- Report factory performance and key operational issues to Senior Management and ensure timely resolution.

- Should have strong knowledge of production, quality, PPC, IE and factory cost management.
