Role & responsibilities To lead the overall operations of the manufacturing plant with responsibility for production, quality, maintenance, safety, manpower, cost, productivity and delivery, ensuring the plant operates efficiently and meets customer and business requirements.
The Factory Head will be responsible for driving OEE improvement, capacity utilisation, reduction in conversion cost, waste reduction and continuous improvement across the plant.
Preferred candidate profile
BE / B Tech with min 18 years of experience in plant operations with positive exp in extrusion blow moulding
Leadership experience on min 3 years at the Plant
