Job Vacancy: Facility Manager at- Mousuni Beach Canvas Resort

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day upkeep and operations of our resort.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage the housekeeping team and ensure proper work allocation.
- Oversee the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the resort, including guest areas and common spaces.
- Coordinate daily housekeeping and maintenance activities.
- Ensure rooms, washrooms, outdoor areas, and resort facilities are properly cleaned and maintained.
- Supervise staff and ensure assigned duties are completed on time.
- Identify and coordinate repair and maintenance requirements.
- Regularly inspect the resort to ensure that everything is clean, functional, and well maintained.




- Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth day-to-day resort operations.
- Handle operational issues and ensure they are resolved promptly.
- Take overall responsibility for the look, cleanliness, maintenance, and upkeep of the resort.

Candidate Profile
- Experience in facility management, housekeeping supervision, hotel/resort operations, or a similar role preferred.
- Valuable team-management and coordination skills.
- Practical, responsible, and willing to be hands-on when required.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage staff and coordinate multiple day-to-day tasks.
