Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Facilities Executive – Technical role based in Gurugram. The role involves overseeing day-to-day facility operations, including monitoring building systems, coordinating equipment maintenance, and ensuring timely repairs.

Responsibilities include supervising vendors and service providers, maintaining preventive maintenance schedules, and supporting compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements.

The Facilities

Executive will handle technical troubleshooting of building equipment and systems, maintain accurate documentation and reports,



and support cost-effective facility management practices. The role also requires close coordination with internal stakeholders to maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and operational reliability across the site.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Facility Management (FM) and Building Maintenance, including oversight of building systems, services, and infrastructure.
- Candidates should possess skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair, with experience in preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical and electrical assets.
- Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to building equipment and utilities.
- Diploma or degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or related field) or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
- Experience in facilities operations within commercial or corporate real estate environments is beneficial.
- Knowledge of safety standards, statutory compliance, and energy-productive building practices is advantageous.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills, with the ability to work on-site and respond swiftly to operational needs.
