Salary: ₹60,000 per month (In-Hand)

Job Summary

Blue Star Ltd. is looking for an experienced Facility Manager – HVAC to manage the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems at UN Mehta Hospital, Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring reliable equipment performance, preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, technician management, and smooth day-to-day facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operation and maintenance of HVAC systems.

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC equipment.

Troubleshoot and rectify HVAC system faults and breakdowns.

Handle Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Pumps, Cooling Towers, AHU/FCU Controls and Ventilation Systems.

Monitor HVAC parameters and ensure optimum system performance.

Prepare and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and records.

Coordinate with technicians, contractors and service agencies.

Ensure minimum downtime and timely resolution of equipment breakdowns.

Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities for energy saving.

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and hospital maintenance standards.

Maintain maintenance reports, checklists, logbooks and technical documentation.





Coordinate with client representatives and management for smooth facility operations.

Manage manpower, allocate daily maintenance activities and monitor team performance.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of HVAC operation and maintenance.

Hands-on experience in Chiller and AHU maintenance.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.

Ability to manage technicians and maintenance activities.

Good communication and client coordination skills.

Knowledge of HVAC electrical/control systems will be an added advantage.

Ability to work in a critical facility environment with minimum downtime.

Eligibility

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of relevant HVAC maintenance experience.

Experience in Pharma / Hospital / Healthcare / Critical Facility environments preferred.

Strong hands-on knowledge of Chillers, AHUs, Pumps and Cooling Towers.

Candidate should be willing to work at UN Mehta Hospital, Ahmedabad.
