We are a manufacturer of submersible winding copper wire and are looking to expand into international markets.

We are looking for an experienced Export Sales Manager who can independently develop overseas markets, identify importers/distributors, generate enquiries and convert them into regular export orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop international buyers, importers and distributors.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, trade portals, databases, exhibitions, email and direct outreach.
- Target markets across the Middle East, Africa, South Asia and Southeast Asia.
- Contact potential customers and introduce our copper winding wire products.
- Send quotations and negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery terms.
- Develop long-term relationships with international buyers.
- Coordinate with production, QC, logistics and management to execute orders.
- Understand FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW and other Incoterms.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders/CHA for shipments.




- Maintain a proper database and pipeline of international prospects.
- Track competitors, international copper prices and market demand.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly export-sales targets.

Candidate RequirementsMust have:

- 3–7 years of genuine export-sales experience.
- Experience in copper wire, cables, electrical products, motors or similar industrial products preferred.
- Proven experience dealing with overseas customers.
- Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of export procedures and international payment terms.
- Ability to independently generate customers rather than relying only on inbound enquiries.

ImportantCandidates with existing international buyer/distributor contacts will be strongly preferred. We are looking for someone who can bring current overseas customers and build export markets, not just handle export documentation.
