Roles & Responsibilities

1. Handle and convert company-generated international sales enquiries into successful orders.
2. Understand customer requirements, including products, specifications, quantities, pricing, delivery timelines and commercial terms.
3. Communicate with international customers through email, calls and WhatsApp.
4. Share accurate quotations as per company pricing and commercial guidelines.
5. Maintain timely and consistent follow-ups on enquiries, quotations and ongoing negotiations.
6. Understand customer objections and requirements and provide appropriate solutions to move opportunities towards closure.
7. Negotiate effectively with customers while maintaining the company's pricing and commercial policies.
8. Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry → requirement → quotation → follow-up → negotiation → order closure.
9. Maintain accurate and updated records of enquiries, customer communication, follow-ups and opportunities in the CRM.
10. Coordinate with internal teams regarding product availability, pricing, samples, production, dispatch and other order-related requirements.
11. Monitor active, pending and lost enquiries and take appropriate action to follow up, revive and convert opportunities.
12. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with international B2B customers and support repeat business.
13. Work closely with the sales and management team to identify challenges, improve conversion and contribute to the growth of the company's export business.

Qualifications & Skills

- Freshers and Experienced Candidates are welcome to apply.
- For experienced candidates, prior experience in Export Sales / International B2B Sales will be preferred.
- Experience in Tiles, Ceramics, Sanitaryware, Building Materials or related industries will be an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.




- Good customer-handling, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Strong learning ability and willingness to understand products and international markets.
- Target-oriented, responsible and result-driven approach.
- Ability to build skilled relationships with international customers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM is preferred.
- Candidates should demonstrate good communication, confidence, ownership and problem-solving ability.
