About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, self-driven Sales & Export Manager to grow our hotmelt and water-based adhesives business across The GCC countries- Saudi Arabia, Oman Kuwait Qatar, Bahrain, the larger Middle East.

The role owns the full sales cycle prospecting, technical qualification, trials, commercial negotiation, and account management. Success means converting trials into repeat volume, defending and growing key accounts, and acting as the bridge between the customer's production floor and our technical/formulation team.

This is not a transactional sales role. Adhesives are sold on bond performance, run consistency, and total applied cost,



so the person must be comfortable discussing substrates, coat weights, curing, and machine behavior, and earning the trust of customers purchase mangers, Production staff and QA engineers.

This is a field-heavy, target-driven role suited to someone comfortable operating independently across a multiple country.

Candidate Requirements

Experience & Background

Relevant experience in hotmelt adhesives / water-based sales and business development.

Ability to establish credible network within the target industries, with the ability to judge client creditworthiness and surface timely market intelligence.

¢ A large, active customer base that can be converted into near-term business would be an advantage.

¢ Prior experience building, recruiting for, and leading a regional sales team is a strong plus.

Education

¢ Bachelor's degree preferred.

Skills & Attributes

¢ Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

¢ Strong organizational and reporting discipline.

¢ Good written and verbal communication skills; comfortable with everyday IT tools.

¢ Willing and able to travel extensively within the territory.

Location

Option A. Based in India with frequent travel to the assigned territories.

Option B. Based In UAE with frequent travel in the assigned territory.

Success metrics (first 12 months)

¢ Revenue and volume growth against territory target.

¢ Number of new accounts opened, and trials converted to repeat orders.

¢ Pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy.

¢ Gross-margin defense (selling on value, not discount).

¢ Collections within policy.

Compensation

Base salary commensurate with experience, plus a performance incentive tied to volume, revenue, and collections. Car/travel allowance and standard UAE benefits.
