Job Responsibilities: Handle export/import shipping documentation. Prepare SI, BL, VGM, Invoice, Packing List and related documents. Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, CHA, transporters and agents. Follow up for BL drafts, approvals and shipment updates. Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation. Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service teams.

Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in Freight Forwarding/Shipping Documentation . Knowledge of FCL export documentation and shipping processes .
